Compare the Same Job and Transaction
Give each supplier the same load, working environment, lift requirement and schedule. Ask for alternatives to be shown separately. A change in equipment or included work should be visible instead of hidden behind a lower number.

Request a Reproducible Forklift Cost
Ask the supplier to show how the complete amount is calculated. For rental, include hours and transport. For a lease, keep initial payments, recurring payments and the ending together. For purchase, identify the ready-to-use equipment.
